Evaluation of Green Synthesis (Withania somnifera) of Selenium Nanoparticles to Reduce Sperm DNA Fragmentation Diabetic Mice Induced with Streptozotocin

Given the promising good future of selenium nanoparticles in modern field health, have played an important role increasing sperm efficacy and antioxidant defense mechanisms. In present study, we synthesized (Se NPs) a safe harmless medical manner from aqueous extract Withania somnifera roots. The formation Se NPs was confirmed using different techniques spectroscopy. results showed broad absorption peak up to 622 nm wavelength. With clumps forming what looks like porous structure, excellent uniform spherical shape distribution behavior with least aggregation, it appears as average single particle size around 22 nm. Secondly, evaluated their potential improvement functions on enzyme DNA damage induced by STZ-induced diabetes mice. Additionally, drugs natural male cell therapy were also studied. Fifty experimental mice weight (23–30 kg) divided into five groups fed once daily IP, streptozotocin, metformin, streptozotocin later for 35 days. treatment increased activities improved quality diabetic stabilizing level reactive oxygen species. Green synthesis be method producing nanoparticles, are more beneficial than inorganic organic selenium.
